El Bombo, Organic (500g bag)

We first arrived to El Bombo in 2016 and instantly fell in love with its landscapes, rich history, deep mysticism, and the strong sense of community that defines this place. In this region, we work with the El Bombo Coffee Growers Cooperative, a group of more than 246 producers who are pioneers in organic practices. 

Together, we've learned and shared knowledge to help promote organic coffees in other regions we work with as well. While Huila is the largest coffee-producing region in Colombia, finding truly exceptional coffees among such high volumes hasn't been easy. But after years of working with this cooperative, we can confidently say that these coffees are extraordinary-born from the commitment, organization, and deep sense of community of the producers. They are a powerful example of how collective work can transform a region.
