Chiroso Washed, Finca Lomaverde (360g)

Lomaverde is our flagship farm, nestled in the mountains of Santa Bárbara, Antioquia. Sitting at an ideal elevation between 1,650 and 1,950 meters, the combination of warm days and cool nights creates the perfect conditions for the slow and steady development of our coffee.

For this Special Edition, we’re bringing you a Washed Chiroso. This variety stands out in the world of specialty coffees. It originated in Ethiopia and mysteriously arrived in Urrao, where we discovered it eight years ago. We pulped and fermented this lot in water for three days, resulting in a cup with a floral profile with a potent sweetness, and very distinctive aromatic complexity.
