As a founding member of ASOBOMBO in Pitalito, Reinel firmly believes in the power of collaborative work, knowledge transfer, and the renewal of coffee farming, convinced that the love and dedication he invests in his land will bring him stability and abundance.
Thanks to the workshops and talks we have developed in the region, Reinel has become passionate about the complexity of coffee. He decided to follow our recommendation and, instead of growing traditional varieties such as Castillo and Colombia, he ventured into experimenting with exotic varieties like Gesha, Pink Bourbon, and Chiroso, which undoubtedly bring an unparalleled sensory experience and therefore a higher market value. Reinel’s story and his evolution as a coffee farmer are a clear example of how collaboration and continuous learning can transform lives and generate a positive impact on communities.
