PROFILE: LEMONGRASS, RUE AND A PEACH-SWEET FINISH
During the past ten years we have tasted thousands of coffees throughout Colombia and the world. We’ve visited lots of regions, met memorable characters, and of course, enjoyed exceptional coffees. Among the best profiles that we have discovered, the Chiroso variety´s will always be an eternal favorite. We fell in love right away with it since we were introduced to by an allied producer, and we continue to enjoy it now that it is also produced on our farms. Chiroso's notes are in many ways the perfect balance between the aromatic complexity of varieties such as Gesha, and the intense sweetness sensation of Caturra. Its this coffee variety the one we choose when we are making coffee for friends and want to blow their minds. But at the same time Chiroso is also our go-to coffee every morning, when we just want to enjoy a hot cup held with two hands and watch the sun come out.
