PROFILE
Black tea, plum, sugar cane and a touch of tangerine.
Ibagué is located in the western end of a valley that, at its highest point, collects water coming down from the Tolima volcano. The city is located right where the Combeima canyon expands towards the east and merges with the plains of the Magdalena River basin, forming a wide, fertile valley covered in multicolored crops. This basin is surrounded by high, rugged mountains, and is home to a rich coffee tradition. There, in the villages of China Alta and San Juan de la China, we work with 50 extraordinary allied producers who share their best batches of coffee with us to roast and serve in our stores.
