Colombia and Medellín in particular, take Christmas very seriously. That's why we enjoy making a blend with incredible coffees to celebrate the holiday season. Working with specialty farmers across the country, we selected beans that remind us of the Christmas culinary traditions of Colombia. Notes of dried fruit, dulce de leche, and sugar cane bring back the memories of Christmas meals around our grandmother's table.
